No, the Toolbox card is a charge card, which means it needs to be paid back in full every period.
Who is the card issued by?
The Toolbox card is a Visa Commercial Credit Card issued by Celtic Bank, a Utah-chartered Industrial Bank (Member FDIC). It is accepted anywhere Visa Credit cards are accepted.
How does Toolbox decide who is approved for a charge card?
At Toolbox, we review various sets of data including, but not limited to, credit data from Dun & Bradstreet, your company's Paydex and financial health score, your business account balances, and its revenues.
Do we pull a hard personal credit check?
To finish the application, we'll need some sensitive information about your business, like the company EIN, and we'll also need some information on the company owners and officers. We'll run a credit check on the business, but not on the owners and officers.
What can I use the Toolbox card to purchase?
You can use the Toolbox card for any commercial purchases, including the purchase of equipment and job supplies. Toolbox cards cannot be used for personal, household or family use.
Does Toolbox offer cash advances?
We do not offer cash advances at this time. If you are interested in pre-paid invoices for your commercial contracts, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
